At Duck Commander, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
